綠色建筑中生態(tài)技術(shù)的分類研究*

——以上海世博會(huì)城市最佳實(shí)踐區(qū)為例

【摘要】當(dāng)前，隨著各類生態(tài)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，生態(tài)技術(shù)的分類卻仍顯雜亂，這對(duì)于生態(tài)技術(shù)的有序選擇和廣泛采用十分不利。只有在構(gòu)建了綠色建筑生態(tài)技術(shù)的完整分類表格的基礎(chǔ)上，將各類新興的以及成熟的生態(tài)技術(shù)進(jìn)行歸納，才能為各類建筑設(shè)計(jì)過程中選擇并采用適宜的生態(tài)技術(shù)提供前提和技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備。本文以生態(tài)技術(shù)的技術(shù)目標(biāo)、技術(shù)要素和技術(shù)系統(tǒng)為分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，構(gòu)建綠色建筑生態(tài)技術(shù)分類表格，并以上海世博會(huì)城市最佳實(shí)踐區(qū)案為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)其采用的生態(tài)技術(shù)進(jìn)行剖析。

STUDY ON CLASSIFICATION OF ECO-TECHNOLOGY USED IN GREEN-BUILDINGS

【Abstract】Nowadays, with the rapid development of various types of eco-technologies, the classification is disordered. Thus the eco-technologies are hard to be widely used. When a complete classification form of eco-technologies used in green buildings is constructed, various types of emerging and mature eco-technologies could be classified. And during the process of architectural design for green buildings,  we can select and use appropriate ecological technologies. In this paper, eco-technologies are classified according to their technical objectives, elements and systems. The classification form will be built. And a case study is done according to cases in the Urban Best Practice Area in Shanghai EXPO. Its use of eco-technologies is analyzed in the paper.
